Your Role as a Lighting Tech

As a lighting tech with SALTmodels, you'll shape the visual mood of our shoots by managing lighting setups. Here's how you'll contribute:

Manipulating Lighting Setups

Use your knowledge of lighting settings to create the perfect ambiance, adjusting studio lights, softboxes, or natural light to highlight models and sets.

Supporting Photographers and Directors

Assist photographers and art directors by setting up, adjusting, or holding lighting equipment like diffusers to control harsh sunlight or enhance the shoot's aesthetic.

Managing Lighting Equipment

Handle the setup, maintenance, and transport of lighting gear, ensuring all equipment is ready and functional for seamless shoot operations.

Mastering Light for Impact

For experienced techs, design complex lighting setups as a consultant, bending light to create dramatic or subtle effects that elevate the project's visual impact.
