Your Role as an Art Director

As an art director with SALTmodels, you'll be the creative force behind our shoots, guiding every element to align with the project's vision. Here's how you'll bring your skills to life:

Defining the Creative Vision

Develop and communicate the artistic concept for each shoot, creating mood boards and creative briefs to ensure alignment with editorial or commercial goals.

Coordinating Creative Teams

Lead photographers, models, stylists, and other talent, fostering collaboration to bring the vision to life while managing timelines and resources.

Managing the Shoot's Aesthetic

Oversee set design, wardrobe, lighting, and composition to ensure every visual element aligns with the project's narrative and brand standards.

Problem-Solving on Set

Adapt to challenges in real-time, making creative decisions to keep the shoot on track and ensure the final output meets the highest quality standards.
